Description
The Château Camino Salva comes from a narrow strip of land that winds along the Gironde river, in the production area of the Haut-Médoc denomination.
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, it begins its vinification process with a cold pre-fermentation at 4 ° C for 6-10 days. Slow fermentation in steel below 26 ° C follows, with maceration for 15-28 days. Refine partly in oak barrels and partly in steel tanks for 10 months.
At sight it is dark purple almost ink. On the nose intense references of black fruits combine with pleasant notes of cedar, tobacco and leather. The entry into the mouth is complex and fresh, and then becomes smooth and good to drink.
It is excellent to accompany all red meat recipes. Try it with a venison stew.
