Description

The Vermentino of the Conte Guicciardini company comes from the areas of the Tuscan Maremma and is one of the most typical oenological expressions of the area.

The Mandorlaia vineyards are caressed by the sea breezes and the resulting sapidity and minerality are the distinctive features to be appreciated in the glass. The vinification takes place in vats with cryomaceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wines are aged in stainless steel and then in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Pale straw yellow in color with golden reflections, it offers intense and persistent aromas of flowers and wild fruits. On the palate it shows a lively intensity and great freshness, with a return of exotic fruits and a finish of great persistence.

Ideal with grilled fish dishes and risotto with shellfish, it can accompany aperitifs based on cold cuts and cheeses.
