Description

Bricco del Bosco di Accornero is a Grignolino with a fully Monferrato origin and soul.

Its grapes, Grignolino variety in purity, come from a vineyard located near the town of Vignale del Monferrato, on the top of an extremely suitable hill. In these parcels the cellar conducts a type of organic agriculture, which excludes any type of treatment with synthetic products. The vineyard from which the grapes originate has lived on a tuff and limestone soil since 1961.

Its ruby red color is still marked by the liveliness of some purple reflections. The scent is fruity, in its flavors of morello cherry and cherry. In the mouth it reveals its character, as strong as it is fine and elegant. A wine that makes firmness and charm the pillars on which to base the tannin, the structure and the aromatic profile.

Perfect with a beef tartare.
