Description

The Grignolino d'Asti Limonte di Braida was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Rocchetta Tanaro, in the province of Asti.

It is obtained from 100% Grignolino grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 8 days. Subsequently, the wine always ages in steel for 4 months and in bottle for another 2 months, before being released on the market.

It has a bright red color with ruby reflections. The nose opens with hints of fleshy roses and fresh hay, enriched with fruity notes of apricot, yellow plum and red fruits. On the palate it proves fresh and vinous, with a bursting tannic component that leaves room for a balanced and persistent finish.

A wine for the whole meal, this Grignolino is ideal in combination with mixed appetizers, soups and fish dishes.
