Description

The Greco di Tufo Nova Serra di Mastroberardino comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Montefusco, in the province of Avellino.

It is produced exclusively with Greco di Tufo grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand, around the end of October. The must carries out the classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 3-4 months, before being released on the market.

Nova Serra is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with a wide and intense bouquet of apricots, pears, apples, peaches, citrus fruits and almonds, enriched with sage and mineral notes aromas. On the palate it reveals an excellent acidity, with pleasant sensations that recall ripe fruit. Nova Serra is characterized by a great structure and a marked flavor.

Perfect to accompany soups and white meats, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
