Greco di Tufo DOCG Nassano 2019 Feudi di San Gregorio

Greco di Tufo Nassano is produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, one of the largest and most successful wineries in Campania, which produces both white and red wines in Irpinia, a historic region of the Campania Apennines in the province of Avellino. The "Feudistudi" line is a limited edition that comes every year from grapes from the most expressive vineyards selected from the 800 vineyards available to the company.

The wine is made up exclusively of Greco grapes, which are pressed and fermented in steel at 18-20°C, without carrying out the malolactic fermentation. The wine thus obtained ages in steel on the fine lees for 8-10 months, with weekly bâtonnage, followed by 12-18 in the bottle. The sip is fresh and sapid, vertical and of excellent persistence.

This wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, revealing aromas of plum, medlar, mandarin and flint on the nose. The sip is dry and balanced, with elegant tannins and a long finish.

Ideal to be enjoyed with tasty seafood cuisine and white meats.
