Description
Greco di Tufo di Lapilli is an elegant and refined white wine, produced with Greco di Tufo grapes grown in Campania, a region characterized by a Mediterranean climate, strongly influenced by the presence of the sea. The high summer temperatures are mitigated by the proximity to the sea and the orographic conformation of the territory, conditions that favor the development of aromatic and complex grapes.
After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments for 15-20 days at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17°C in steel tanks, and is then stored at 18-20°C until bottling. This winemaking process preserves the freshness and balance of the wine, enhancing its varietal and aromatic characteristics.
It has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose it offers hints of ripe fruit such as apricot, pear, apple and peach, enriched by notes of almond, sage and a mineral accent. On the palate it stands out for its excellent acidity, softness and flavor, with sensations that recall the ripe fruits perceived on the nose.
Perfect to accompany legume soups, white meats, shellfish and fish-based dishes, even elaborate ones.
