Description
The Greco di Tufo Giallo D'Arles of Quintodecimo comes from the homonymous cru of only Greco di Tufo grapes, in the Santa Lucia district, in the Irpinia municipality of Mirabella Eclano.
It is made exclusively with Greco di Tufo grapes, harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place mainly in steel, with a short stay of the must in small oak barrels.
Giallo d'Arles from Quintodecimo appears intense straw yellow with golden reflections. The perfume is mineral and fruity, with notes of apricot and quince in jam. In the mouth it is refined, fresh and decisive, with excellent persistence.
It goes beautifully with pitch dishes, vegetable soups and savory pies.
