Description

Greco di Tufo DOCG 25 Rare Nativ owes its name to the 25 steps, “rare” in the local dialect, which connect the historic center of Paternopoli to the part completely rebuilt after the 1980 earthquake.

Born from a selection of Greco di Tufo bunches subjected to soft pressing, it is then aged first in steel and then briefly in 2.25 Hl French oak barrels.

Very fresh on the nose, it has strong fruity characteristics, with notes of peach and hawthorn aromas, and a fresh and complex taste.

Ideal with all fish dishes, crustaceans and molluscs, it is definitely worth trying with stuffed mussels, spaghetti with sea urchins, or tasty grilled white meats. Finally, fantastic with a simple DOP buffalo caprese!
