Description
Le Prélat De Pape Clément red wine is produced by Château Bernard Magrez in vineyards located in Communes de Cérons, Illats and Podensac.
The wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The grapes are vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks for a period of 25-28 days. The aging takes place in oak barrels for 14 months.
Dark ruby red in color, it reveals aromas of ripe fruit, spices and cocoa on the nose. The sip is fruity, with silky tannins and a bewitching finish.
It goes very well with stewed game.
