Description
Le Prélat de Pape Clément white wine is produced by Château Bernard Magrez in vineyards located in Communes de Cérons, Illats and Podensac.
The wine is a blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle. The whole bunches are softly pressed in an inert atmosphere. The must is placed in barrels, where fermentation takes place.
Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of crunchy apple, peach, lemon and mandarin on the nose. The sip is fruity and dense, with a beautiful mineral structure and a persistent finish.
It goes very well with shellfish and white meats.
