Description
Grappa di Tignanello by Marchesi Antinori is made from the pomace of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, harvested on the Tignanello estate, in the heart of Chianti Classico. After fermentation and the relative pressing, only the marc richest in alcohol and aromatic substances are selected and steam distilled according to an ancient procedure.
It has a bright white colour. The nose opens with floral aromas of lily of the valley, white and pink flowers. On the palate it is dry and decisive, pleasantly full and velvety.
Ideal to be served at the end of a meal, this grappa is perfect as a meditation distillate or to be tasted in coffee.
