Description
Poli's Cleopatra Moscato Oro Grappa comes to life in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, the Venetian production center par excellence of grappa. It is produced from the pomace of Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Moscato Bianco from the Euganean Hills, distilled using the innovative Crysopea vacuum bain-marie alembic. Afterwards this grappa ages in small French oak barrels inside the underground cellar of the distillery.
Intense amber in colour, Grappa Cleopatra Moscato Oro opens to the nose with hints of flowery meadow, accompanied by notes of fresh fruit and citrus fruits, honey and pastry. Soft on the palate, it proves incredibly clean and elegant.
Excellent to serve smooth at the end of a meal.
