The marc of South Tyrolean Lagrein is the basis of this precious grappa, aged for a long time in barrels of different woods and various sizes, carefully researched and selected, which give it its characteristic scents of chocolate and vanilla.

A grappa with complex aromas of spices, dried fruit, dried plums, which has a full and velvety taste, with an enveloping roundness that leads to a long and satisfying finish.

A grappa of great complexity, ideal to combine with 70% dark chocolate, and surprising when served with smoked foods such as salmon or speck.
