Description
The Aged Grappa of the Producers of Barbaresco is obtained from Nebbiolo pomace obtained from the production of Barbaresco wine, which arrive in the distillery after a light pressing still wet and full of aroma. The distillation takes place within a few hours, under vacuum, so as to allow the extraction of aromas already at 75 alcoholic degrees and therefore guarantee a more delicate process for a product of great taste elegance. This grappa ages for 12 months in small oak barrels.
Of a pale golden yellow color, it releases the characteristic varietal bouquet of the Nebbiolo grape to the nose, while on the palate it recalls the strength and structure of the Barbaresco but which here is endowed with an unparalleled finesse.
To be served at the end of a meal, after coffee, on cream or fruit ice cream.
