Description

Bottega's Classic Private Amarone Grappa originates from the distillation of the fermented grape skins that derive from the production of the very precious Amarone della Valpolicella wine. The distillation is carried out in three stages, carried out in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a water bath (indirect and therefore more delicate system) allowing to preserve the aromatic fullness and fragrance of the starting grapes. Unlike its twin Barricata, this grappa does not include any passage in wood.

With a crystalline and transparent appearance, it opens to the nose with a complex and elegant bouquet, with notes of red fruits and a slight spicy closure. In the mouth it is full, fragrant and soft, characterized by a great structure due to the grapes of origin.

Excellent after a meal, it is ideal to serve cold or as an ingredient for cocktails and long drinks. Perfect in combination with dark chocolate, it can enrich fruit ice cream and fruit salads.
