Description
Poli Grappa Cleopatra Amarone Oro is made in Schiavon, in the municipality of Bassano del Grappa, the most typical Venetian area for the production of grappa. It is obtained from the pomace of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes used in the winemaking process of Amarone della Valpolicella. The distillation takes place by means of the innovative Crysopea vacuum bain-marie alembic still. Afterwards this grappa ages in small French oak barrels in the underground cellars of the distillery.
Amber in colour, Grappa Cleopatra Amarone Oro expresses hints of dried fruit and spices such as vanilla and cocoa on the nose, immediately followed by notes of slightly toasted fresh wood. In the mouth it is soft and genuine, with pleasant intensity and elegance.
This grappa offers the best of itself served smoothly at the end of a meal.
