Description
The Primitivo di Angiuli Donato belongs to the Adelphos line and is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Adelfia, in the province of Bari.
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, and then undergo soft pressing and submerged cap maceration with fermentation at a controlled temperature, for a duration of 10 days. The wine is subsequently aged in steel.
Ruby red in color with violet reflections, the nose reveals hints of black cherry, orange peel and aromatic herbs. The sip is round, tasty, with a good structure.
Excellent in combination with robust first courses, lamb and aged cheeses.
