Description

A premium artisanal gin from Whitley Neill, featuring lively juniper flavours and a delicate floral and herbaceous note of violet. Perfect for sipping on the rocks or as a base for sophisticated cocktails and long drinks.

The production takes place through careful distillation, where high-quality botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris and angelica roots, licorice, citrus and violet flower extract are used. This process ensures a perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

On the palate it offers a rounded and soft structure, with the classic notes of juniper emerging first, followed by nuances of citrus and sweet spices. The finish is long, characterized by a delicate floral touch of violet that gives a feeling of elegance and refinement.

Ideal to enjoy neat with ice, or to enhance gin-based cocktails such as the Martini or Negroni.
