Gin Hernö

In a wild and unspoiled nature, near Härnösand, stands the Hernö, the famous Swedish distillery that produces a Dry Gin obtained from the purest and most particular natural botanicals, sought after in every corner of the world by the founder himself, Jon Hillgren. It originates on the coasts of the Gulf of Bothnia, where the waves of the Baltic Sea crash, and is produced starting from organic botanicals selected according to the criterion of maximum autochthony, such as the famous Madagascar vanilla and Swedish cranberries.

Raw materials of rare value are therefore the starting point of Dry Gin Hernö, inspired by the classic London Dry Gin models, a distillate that has attracted the attention of lovers and admirers for its expressive style, ambassador of Swedish authenticity , well placed in an English gentleman context which presents itself. The production process is rigorously artisanal and tailored, to offer a pure and clear sensorial experience, which is celebrated in fresh and harmonious aromas.

It presents itself to the eye with a glacial, crystalline and transparent color, while the nose immediately recognizes the round character of the Hungarian juniper and becomes intoxicated with the scent of such a citrus and floral bouquet. The sip is rich, opulent, with green and crunchy notes of coriander from Bulgaria, combined with vanilla from Madagascar. The finish adds a touch of class and liveliness, on the notes of black pepper.

Excellent to drink straight, it is particularly suitable for Gin Tonic.
