Description

Gin Classic Inverroche was born in South Africa, in Still Bay from the passion of Lorna and her son Rohan.

Lorna and her son Rohan have developed their own distillation process. They load the still with their base brandy and then layer the selected botanicals inside the still in specially designed steam baskets. Adding the fynbos in this way allows the gently heated steam to extract the aromatic oils from the botanicals before descending into the condenser. The result is a unique, dry and delicately citrusy gin.

Among the botanicals used in the infusion there is a truly peculiar one, the "fynbos", the shrubby vegetation typical of the Floral Kingdom of the Cape, a small floristic region rich in biodiversity. Gin Classic is a gin characterized by green and herbaceous notes of juniper, which blend with the scents of sweet flowers.

It is excellent both smooth and used in the preparation of gin-based cocktails.
