Gin Amber Inverroche

Gin Amber Inverroche was born in South Africa, in Still Bay from the passion of Lorna and her son Rohan.

Lorna and her son Rohan have developed their own distillation process. They load the still with their base brandy and then layer the selected botanicals inside the still in specially designed steam baskets. Adding botanicals in this way allows the gently heated steam of the brandy to extract the aromatic oils from the botanicals before descending into the condenser. The result is a gin with unique aromas.

Gin Amber is a sumptuous copper-colored gin that opens on aromas of ripe red fruit and oak wood before exploding with notes of flowers, spices, chocolate and orange, cooked quince and juniper.

It is recommended to taste it neat with a slice of orange.
