Description
Agamipù Italian Gin is a delicate and mineral gin produced in Padua, Veneto. Its name comes from Greek and means "my love".
Agapimù is a distillate obtained from the infusion of juniper on a cereal alcohol base and subsequent distillation. The dried botanicals remain infused for 12/24 hours in grain alcohol, so as to avoid their rehydration and obtain a very high quality product. The process of distilling grain alcohol with the infusion of the different botanicals is done individually. Finally, the secret recipe involves the addition of various distillates obtained by infusion.
Transparent in color, the nose highlights balsamic, floral and fruity aromas: juniper, mountain pine, apple, iris, elderflower and green tea. The sip is complex, with a spicy finish.
It can be enjoyed neat or used in the preparation of cocktails.
