Description

The Gevrey-Chambertin by Sérafin Père & Fils represents one of the most prestigious red wines of Burgundy. Located in the Côte de Nuits, the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation is characterized by a terroir with limestone and clay soils, which contributes to the complexity, structure and longevity of its wines.

Winemaking follows traditional methods that enhance the unique characteristics of the terroir, with careful fermentation and aging in oak barriques which gives the wine balance and finesse.

This wine stands out for its intense ruby color and aromatic notes of red fruits, spices and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it reveals a robust structure, with well-integrated tannins and a long persistence, best expressing the typicality and elegance of Gevrey-Chambertin's Pinot Noir.

It is an excellent accompaniment to red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses, where its complexity and depth can be fully appreciated.
