Description

The alchemical charm of this Burgundy Pinot Noir comes from soils rich in limestone, unexpectedly reddish-brown in color.

100% of the grapes that compose it are of Pinot Noir variety, manually harvested from vines with an average age of around 30 years. It ferments in traditional steel tanks and ages in oak barrels for a period of 10-12 months.

At sight it is presented in the typical ruby red color. The olfactory profile is embroidered with notes of cherry, blueberry and licorice, also confirmed on the palate. The freshness and silky tannin balance the body with good structure and bring balance to the sip. It fades on a vaguely spicy track.

Ideal as an accompaniment to a beef stew.
