Gavi DOCG 2023 Duchessa Lia

Gavi by Duchessa Lia is an elegant wine produced exclusively with Cortese grapes in the Piedmont region. The cultivation soil is calcareous and clayey.

The winemaking process involves fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by refinement in steel to preserve the aromatic purity of the grape variety. This care in winemaking guarantees that the wine maintains its typical acidity and harmonious structure.

This white wine has a pale straw yellow color enriched by light greenish reflections, which underline its freshness and liveliness. On the nose this Gavi reveals a floral and fruity bouquet, of medium intensity, with delicate notes that invite tasting. On the palate it is full-bodied and harmonious, with the right acidity which makes it particularly refreshing and pleasant.

This wine pairs perfectly with fish or white meat dishes, as well as soups and first courses with vegetable sauce.
