Description

Gavi del Comune di Gavi Toledana is the result of the Vigne Rade project which aims to respect the natural characteristics of the terroir and the Cortese grape vineyard, which by natural conformation has areas where the rows are more sparse and the fruits of the plants obtain more nourishment.

This white wine is aged in steel only to maintain all the natural complexity of the Cortese, and is one of the most awarded wines by the guides, with the highest marks from the Gambero Rosso and Merano Wine Festival for the 2019 vintage.

The nose reflects the typical scents of Gavi, with marked floral notes and fresh citrus hints, and on the palate it offers a balanced and fine taste, with a pleasantly almondy finish.

A complex and ambitious Piedmontese white, ideal for a sophisticated aperitif or paired with a fish menu, ravioli, white ragout. Also try with the classic Piedmont-style agnolotti seasoned with butter and sage.
