Description
This Gavi Granée is produced by the Batasiolo company, owned by the Dogliani family, which has been producing wine in the Langhe for over 4 decades.
The wine is made up of 100% Cortese grapes, a typical native white grape of Piedmont. The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, to then be fermented in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
Straw yellow in color, it expresses aromas of white flowers and almonds on the nose. The sip is fresh and vibrant, with a persistent finish.
It goes well with asparagus risotto and other vegetable dishes.
