Description

This Chardonnay is produced by the Castelnuovo del Garda winery or Cantina Sociale Veronese del Garda and belongs to the Ca' Vegar line.

It consists exclusively of Chardonnay grapes, which are softly pressed. The vinification takes place in steel tanks at a low temperature for approx. 15 days, thanks to the addition of selected yeasts. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for 4 months. The wine then ages for 4 months in steel.

Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of hawthorn, green apple and apricot on the nose. The sip is fresh and soft, with a persistent finish.

The wine is excellent with white meats, vegetarian cuisine and fish.
