Bianco Garda DOC Centofilari 2023 Cesari

Bianco Garda Centofilari is a refined white wine produced in the Garda region by the Cesari company. It is mainly composed of Garganega grapes with a touch of Chardonnay, grown on loamy soils that have a good supply of skeleton and limestone.

The winemaking process takes place in steel and follows a classic white vinification at a controlled temperature of 16°C. After fermentation the wine rests on the yeasts for 2 months. The total refinement lasts 6 months, allowing the wine to develop a balanced structure and lively freshness.

On the nose, Bianco Garda Centofilari releases aromas of tropical fruits, citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate it offers a fresh entry with a well-defined acidity and a flavor that enhances its drinkability, making it balanced and persistent.

This white wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes and fresh salads.
