Description
This Lis Neris Sauvignon demonstrates the potential of the grape from which it is produced and its undisputed variety recognition, growing in the special site of San Lorenzo, in the province of Gorizia.
A harvest with careful selection of the bunches is followed by fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine ages on the lees for 8 months and ages for a short period in the bottle.
Pale straw yellow in color, it develops surprising floral sensations alongside peach and almond notes. In the mouth it is creamy, salty and refreshing, with a good consistency.
Try it with all types of fish, both raw and cooked.
