Description
Zamò Bianco is a white wine produced with a blend of Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Riesling vines.
70% of the grapes are pressed directly and the must obtained is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 30% of the grapes (Riesling and Sauvignon) undergo a static cold maceration for 48 hours before pressing and the subsequent alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C in stainless steel. Partial malolactic fermentation (50%) and six months of sur-lies aging prepare the wine for final bottling.
Golden yellow in colour, the nose perceives sweet and light aromas of bread crust, apple and straw. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh with light notes of fruit and aromatic herbs, offering a balanced and delicate tasting experience.
An ideal wine as an aperitif or for an afternoon banquet, it pairs perfectly with fish starters, omelettes with herbs or vegetables, cold soups, pasta or rice first courses, and fish and vegetable dishes.
