Description

Friuli Grave Sauvignon La di Motte represents the essence of a unique area, located on the border between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, an area celebrated for its dedication to viticulture. The term "motte", used to describe small rises in the land, symbolizes the particular geographical conditions that enrich the grapes of this land. "La di", which in Friulian means "at home", underlines the invitation to explore and savor the wines that embody the spirit of this border area.

The Sauvignon grapes are delicately pressed and the must ferments for approximately 15-20 days at controlled temperatures of 15-17°C in stainless steel tanks. This method preserves the distinctive aromatic characteristics of the grape, emphasizing freshness and liveliness.

It has a brilliant straw yellow color, enriched by greenish reflections which testify to its liveliness. On the nose it is intense and persistent, with a bouquet rich in vegetal sensations and fruity notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and dry, enveloping and intensely aromatic, with a long and pleasantly intriguing persistence.

It pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, especially fish-based, such as shellfish and seafood, highlighting the delicate flavors thanks to its innate freshness.
