Description

Ribolla Gialla Sirch is produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia and belongs to the Friuli Colli Orientali appellation.

The grapes come from vines located on soils composed mainly of marl and sandstone and are harvested and destemmed with variable ripening times. Soft pressing follows before the must is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in contact with its own yeasts for a few months before being bottled.

Straw yellow in color with delicate greenish reflections, it has hints of white flowers and notes of white cherry, rennet apple and citrus. On the palate it offers minerality thanks to citrus notes and a persistent freshness that is very pleasant overall.

Ideal for aperitifs and appetizers, it goes well with fish dishes and grilled vegetables, expressing the best with saffron risotto.
