Description

The Ribolla Gialla produced by the Castello di Buttrio company is made with pure grapes and falls within the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC appellation.

From terraced land composed of marl and sandstone come the grapes that are immediately pressed upon arrival in the cellar. After static decantation, fermentation is carried out in steel at 18-20 ° C. The wine ages 6-8 months in contact with the yeasts to be then assembled before bottling.

Straw yellow in color, it has a refined and elegant olfactory profile, with hints of hawthorn, acacia, white pulp fruit such as peach and melon. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with good acidity and excellent aromatic intensity.

Ideal to accompany raw fish and white meats dressed with rosemary oil.
