Description
The Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon Ne di Ronchi di Manzano belongs to the Cru line of the company and is born on the vineyards around Manzano, in the province of Udine.
It is produced entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which are harvested strictly by hand, transporting the grapes with the aid of small boxes. After one night's cryomaceration, the grapes ferment in steel vats. This is followed by 2 months of refinement in the bottle before being marketed.
The Sauvignon di Ronchi di Manzano shines in the glass with a beautiful straw yellow color. On the nose it is rich and intense, revealing hints of yellow grapefruit, pine resin and aromatic herbs. The sip is dry and savory, with a savory and persistent finish.
It goes beautifully with all fish-based dishes, with shellfish and risotto.
