Description

Friulano di Torre Rosazza presents itself as a regional symbol, firmly linked to its territory of origin, that is Friuli.

From the vineyards owned by Oleis di Manzano, within the Colli Orientali del Friuli area, the grapes, 100% Friulano variety, make up this fresh and mineral white. It comes from lands defined by the presence of marl and sandstone of Eocene origin, located at an altitude range between 130 and 170 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested, transported to the cellar and softly pressed. Following a brief cryomaceration, alcoholic fermentation takes place inside steel tanks. It ages on its lees for about 4 months and ends its journey with a further maturation of at least 2 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow, at sight. Its bouquet is reminiscent of wildflowers and jasmine, apple and pear. In the mouth it shows a character marked by flavor and freshness, inserted in an elegant and delicate body, pleasant and fairly persistent.

To be combined with a risotto with asparagus.
