Description

Franciacorta Riserva Vittorio Moretti is one of Bellavista's most prestigious cuvées, produced exclusively in the best vintages: a sparkling wine of rare tradition that comes to life from high-hill selections in the Erbusco area and fully reflects, in name and style, strength of the character of Vittorio Moretti, his patron and man who outlined the founding principles of this famous Franciscan reality.

It is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, from vineyards facing south, south-east of over 20 years of age, with an extremely accurate harvest of the grapes which includes more than 50 selections in the vineyard. The Classic Method masterfully interpreted by Bellavista on this label ends with a refinement of 7 years on its lees.

The color of the Vittorio Moretti Reserve is intense and bright yellow, with abundant green reflections. The fine, light and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with intense hints of white flowers, mugwort and boiled chestnut, which are accompanied by notes of dried fruit, hazelnut and almond milk to complete the picture, painted with hints of laurel, exotic fruit and ripe fruit. The taste is centered on an intriguing game of maturity and freshness, in which the volume and the charge of the gustative texture breaks into an irresistibly elegant and velvety finish.

Precious in combination with raw fish, it divinely accompanies steamed crustaceans and stewed white meats.
