Description

A splendid Blanc de Noir that originates in the middle of Franciacorta DOCG and releases all its bewitching charm already on the label, where the iconic elements of female seduction stand out, as if to evoke the charm and charm of such a rich and sensual land.

The cuvée made after a careful selection of the best Pinot Noir grapes, is enriched with a 5% of wine passed in barrique and shows itself in all its elegance after resting for 60 months on the lees.

It satisfies the eye with its shining coppery color, abundant foam and a minute and persistent perlage. The nose is all played on hints of biscuit and laurel, with a perceptible note of green walnut husk. The sip is fresh, pleasant, with a complex structure reminiscent of fruit and vanilla and a persistent finish.

Recommended to accompany fish-based first courses. Definitely try it with a seafood risotto.
