Description
The Franciacorta Pas Dosé Riserva 33 of Ferghettina rises on the gentle hills of Franciacorta, on a limestone-clay soil, at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level
It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually in mid-August. The vinification takes place separately from vineyard to vineyard: after a soft pressing of the bunches, the only must goes to fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Then the product is assembled in a cuvée and arranged for refermentation in the bottle, followed by aging for 80 months on its lees.
Golden yellow in color and with a fine and persistent perlage, Pas Dosé Riserva 33 by Ferghettina expresses hints of candied orange on the nose, hinged on an elegant background of ripe fruit. In the mouth it reveals a deep bubble, of character, characterized by a remarkable persistence.
It goes excellent with grilled fish and cold cuts. Also suitable to serve as an aperitif.
