Description

Franciacorta Pas Dosé from Castelveder comes exclusively from the selection of the best Chardonnay grapes and produced only in the best vintages. Classic Method sparkling wine, it rests on the lees for at least 30 months before disgorgement, in which there is no addition of dosage syrup.

Bright straw yellow color, fine and continuous perlage, with creamy foam, it enchants the nose with elegant aromas of bread crust and white flowers, dotted with touches of vanilla, dried fruit and yellow pulp fruit. The sip is fine, harmonious and structured, of remarkable persistence.

To be enjoyed throughout the meal, it is appreciated in the company of fish and fried dishes.
