Description

The Franciacorta Rosé sparkling wine by Bellavista is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG. A rare label, it is produced in extremely limited quantities.

It is produced mainly with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand. The Cuvée respects the oldest Bellavista tradition, composed of more than 30 harvest selections, some of which ferment and mature in small white oak barrels. This sparkling wine remains to refine in the cellar for at least 5 years, thus developing a perfect harmony.

It is characterized by a pale pink color that turns to antique pink over the years, by an exuberant foam and a very thin and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with delicate sensations of white peach, wrapped in persuasive notes of wild strawberries, citrus fruits and Golden apple, with hints of dog rose and a memory of toasted bread. Austere but classy on the palate, it reveals itself pleasantly dry and fresh, lingering on harmonious and elegant notes of blackcurrant and sweet almond.

Perfect to accompany fish-based appetizers, it is ideal when paired with fish tartare, steamed shellfish and vegetable risottos.
