Jewel born in 2007, from thirty years of knowledge that has been handed down from generation to generation and from a blend of the best grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc from 134 vineyards. The grapes are expertly assembled from the reserves of the best vintages in the magical, almost esoteric ritual of creating the Cuvée.

The hand-picked grapes are vinified separately, cooled in the cell and, before being pressed whole, they are selected by expert eyes and hands, who take care of them. Only after 28 months of aging on the yeasts will this wine be able to express itself in all its splendor.

Ca' del Bosco Prestige is characterized by a straw yellow colour. The nose opens with aromas of peach and citrus fruits, enriched by pleasant notes of almond. On the palate it is elegant, pleasantly fresh and fruity.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish-based dishes, raw fish and fresh cheeses.
