Description

Franciacorta Satèn is Monogram's "Cuvée de Prestige", obtained from white grapes from the best crus, with optimal exposure, located in Calino di Cazzago San Martino, between the towns of Borgonato and Erbusco.

It is mainly made with Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes, manually harvested in boxes in mid-August. The must must ferment cold in steel and partially in barrique, followed by sparkling wine in the bottle, with aging on the lees for at least 24 months.

In the glass it takes on an intense straw yellow color, with an abundant foam and a minute and persistent perlage. The nose develops intense aromas of white flowers, enriched with elegant hints of ripe fruit. The taste is soft and elegant, pleasantly creamy.

Ideal in combination with raw fish and risotto, it is perfect to accompany all lobster dishes.
