Description

The Monte Rossa Spumante Franciacorta Extra Brut Salvàdek comes from the vineyards located on the hill of Monte Rossa, in the municipality of Bornato, in the heart of the DOCG Franciacorta.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay grapes and other grapes from complementary vineyards. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages in the bottle for about 30 months before being released on the market.

It is characterized by a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens with hints of fresh almonds, enriched with pleasant notes of peach and citrus. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a balanced and pleasantly persistent body.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes.
