Description
The Spumante Franciacorta Rosé Demi Sec is born in the vineyards of Tenute La Montina, located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia.
It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. This Demi-Sec is the result of two different presses: the first, gently with the vertical marmonier press, the second with classic bladder presses. Subsequently, the wine ages in the bottle for at least 24 months on the lees.
It is characterized by a deep rosé color, with a lively and harmonious foam. On the nose, it opens with pleasant aromas of red forest fruits. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and delicate, with a pronounced softness.
Perfect for pairing with dry pastries and sweets, it is ideal alongside fresh cheeses.
