Description
The Franciacorta Rosé Annalisa Faifer by Clarabella is produced from organic grapes, with a blend composed mostly of Pinot Noir and a small part of Chardonnay, grown on Monte Orfano in the province of Brescia.
In the winemaking process, the red grape skins are left to macerate in the must for a very short time, just a few hours. This rosé sparkling wine then undergoes a refermentation in the bottle with aging on the yeasts for at least 36 months.
The perlage is fine and persistent, with strong hints of red fruit such as marasca cherry and floral hints. On the palate it is creamy, with notes of yeast, savouriness and minerality.
This Franciacorta Rosé pairs perfectly with raw fish and shellfish dishes, but also with salmon, roast beef and duck.
