Description

The Franciacorta Millesimato 180 by Clarabella is obtained from a blend of organic Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, present in the vineyards of the province of Brescia. This sparkling wine is dedicated to Law 180 of 1978, which revolutionized the way of thinking and treating psychiatry.

During the winemaking process, the Chardonnay grapes are refined in barriques, while the refermentation of the wine takes place in the bottle with refinement on the yeasts for at least 60 months.

With an intense golden yellow color and a fine perlage, it offers hints of ripe fruit, spices and aromatic herbs on the nose. On the palate it is dry and fragrant, with notes of vanilla and flint.

This Franciacorta sparkling wine pairs well with tasty, structured dishes.
