The Franciacorta Extra Brut Riserva Brolo dei Longhi from the Santa Lucia company is an elegant expression of pure Chardonnay, hailing from a historic vineyard enclosed by walls in the heart of Erbusco. This unique terroir, characterized by a particularly favorable microclimate, allows for the harvesting of exceptionally high-quality grapes, reserved for the production of this prestigious reserve only in the best vintages.

After careful manual harvest and meticulous cluster selection, vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and used oak barrels, at controlled temperatures. The lengthy aging on the lees for a minimum of 60 months allows the wine to develop complexity and depth, enhancing the finesse and balance that distinguishes it.

It displays a bright golden color and a fine, enveloping perlage. The bouquet is refined and harmonious, with elegant fruity notes accompanied by hints of hazelnut and citrus. On the palate, it stands out for its decisive structure, with intense flavors of honey and candied lemon, supported by vibrant freshness and a long, persistent finish.
