Description

Antica Fratta's Spumante Franciacorta Extra Brut Quintessence is the quintessence of Franciacorta, the perfect expression of an extraordinary terroir.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested by hand during the month of September. The wine ages on the lees for 60 months and for a further 10 months in the bottle before being released on the market.

It is characterized by an intense yellow color, with golden reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and elegant bouquet, with delicate aromas of tropical fruits. On the palate it is rich and pleasantly fresh, with delicate aromatic nuances. This sparkling wine has a structured body and a long persistence.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, cold cuts and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
